Returns

We hope you enjoy your ReLevant online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, you can always return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

This applies to full price items, though purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods are not included. All products must be in unused and unopened condition in it’s original package, accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the return. Refunds will be provided to the same account you used to pay for the item.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@relevantcleaner.co.uk  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If by any chance you got a defective, damaged, or wrong item please do contact us asap so that we may evaluate the issue and agree on the solution of the problem.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
